Helena, you do show some planning here but it's just a series of screen shots. You need to add comments about each stage to help explain what you are doing and how you are doing it. You are missing the planning of the image, the strap line and the organisation and layout. You need to show evidence of why you have chosen that image and evidence that you have considered different ideas. You need the same for the strap line, the background and the other details. You also need to have evidence that you have tested these ideas with your target market group.
